Positive Displacement Pumps
Positive Displace Pumps are typically used to transfer fluids with a wide viscosity range, a volumetric displacement, are self priming and can have run dry capabilities.
Also know as Metering Pumps, dosing pumps are a low volume pump, capable of moving a very precise volume of liquid in a specific time frame. These pumps can be found in pharmaceutical and healthcare applications as well as chemical dosing for tradewaste and industrial process plants. Dosing pumps are also used extensively in many water treatment applications.
Max Head: 400m
Max Flow: 4000 l/hr
Dosing pumps come in a large range of sizes and materials with full monitoring and management capabilities.
Diaphragm pumps, also known as Membrane Pumps, Air Operated Double Diaphragm Pumps (AODD Pictured) or Pneumatic Diaphragm pumps are a very versatile transfer pump. Suited for sludges and slurries, solvents and chemicals, food products and industrial applications.
Max Head: 125psi
Max Flow: 980l/min
These pumps are available in both ball valve and flap valve configurations depending on solids passage requirement along with materials that satisfy chemical, mining and food applications.
HELICAL ROTOR PUMPS
Helical Rotor pumps, also known as progressive cavity pumps, can be used for pumping a range of fluids and slurries. These pumps are found in food and beverage, pulp and paper, mining and wastewater treatment industries.
Max Head: 48bar
Max Flow: 95l/sec
Gear pumps are available in a variety of configurations including internal and external gear and sealless magnetic drive. Typically found in industrial and food processes.
Max Head: 102bar
Max Flow: 95l/sec
ROTARY LOBE PUMPS
Rotary lobe pumps, also known as circumferential piston pumps, are used in a variety of industries including chemical, food, pharmaceutical and biotechnology. Suitable for handling thick and shear sensitive products with high sanitary requirements.
Max Head: 24bar
Max Flow: 40l/sec
PERISTALTIC HOSE PUMPS
Peristaltic pumps, also known as Peristaltic tub pumps, are typically used for pumping fluids that contain solids in suspension. These pumps have dry run capability with gentle pumping action.
These pumps can be found across multiple industries including food and beverage, mining and industrial applications.
Max Head: 16bar
Max Flow: 25l/sec
PISTON & DRUM PUMPS
Piston pumps and drum pumps are ideal for moving liquids of ranging viscosities, commonly found in the food and beverage, pharmaceutical, coatings and adhesive industries
These pumps are suitable for high pressure requirements and available in a wide range of configurations.
Max Head: 44bar
Max Flow: 7l/sec
